Prof. Fenghua Huang IEEE Member, vice dean of College of Artificial Intelligence Yango University, China | Fenghua Huang(Prof./Ph.D/postdoctor) is the dean of Academy of intelligent engineering technology and the vice dean of College of Artificial Intelligence, Yango University (China),the director of the national first-class major construction site of "Computer Science and Technology", the director of Fujian Key Laboratory of Spatial Information Perception and Intelligent Processing , the director of the Fujian University Engineering Research Center of Spatial Data Mining and Application. He was a visiting scholar of the University of North Carolina (UNC) in USA and a science and technology commissioner (team initiator) in 2022 in Fujian, China. He is an excellent teacher in Fujian, a distinguished scholar in Yango University,and a master supervisor in the fields of computer technology,Surveying and Mapping Engineering in Fuzhou University(China). Meanwhile, he is the formal member of IEEE(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers),CCF(China Computer Federation) and CIE(Chinese Institute of Electronics). In 2015, He was selected into the cultivation program for outstanding young scientific research talents of Fujian universities. In 2016, he was selected into the new century excellent talents support program of Fujian universities and the overseas high-end visiting scholar program for outstanding discipline leaders of Fujian undergraduate universities. He has served as the general chairmen of several IEEE International Conferences, guest editors and peer reviewers of several SCI international publications. |

Prof. Yiu-Ming Cheung IEEE fellow, Department of Computer Science Department of Computer Science, Hong Kong Baptist University, China | Prof. Yiu-ming Cheung is currently a Chair Professor (Artificial Intelligence) of the Department of Computer Science, Hong Kong Baptist University. He received PhD degree from Department of Computer Science and Engineering at The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2000. He is an IEEE Fellow, AAAS Fellow, IET Fellow, AAIA Fellow, and British Computer Society (BCS) Fellow. His research interests include machine learning and visual computing, as well as their applications in data science, pattern recognition, multi-objective optimization, and information security. He has published over 250 articles in the high-quality conferences and journals, including TPAMI, TNNLS, TIFS, TIP, TMM, TKDE, TCYB, CVPR, IJCAI, AAAI, and so on. |
Prof. Xiaofang Zhou IEEE fellow HKUST, China | Prof. Xiaofang Zhou is Otto Poon Professor of Engineering and Chair Professor of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). He received his BSc and MSc degrees in Computer Science from Nanjing University in 1984 and 1987 respectively, and PhD in Computer Science from University of Queensland (UQ) in 1994. From 1994 to 1999, he worked as a Senior Research Scientist in Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) in Australia, leading its Spatial Information Systems group. He joined University of Queensland in 1999 and became a Professor of Computer Science in 2004. From 2006 to 2020, he was Head of UQ Data and Knowledge Engineering (DKE) research group and Data Science discipline. His research focus is to find effective and efficient solutions for managing, integrating, and analysing large-scale complex data for business, scientific and personal applications. He has been working in the area of spatiotemporal and multimedia databases, data mining, data quality management, big data analytics, and machine learning. He received the Best Paper Awards at WISE 2012&2013, ICDE 2015&2019, DASFAA 2016 and ADC 2019. He was a Program Committee Chair of IEEE International Conference on Data Engineering (ICDE 2013), ACM International Conference on Information and Knowledge Management (CIKM 2016), and International Conference on Very Large Databases (PVLDB 2020). He was a General Chair of ACM Multimedia Conference (MM 2015). He was the Chair of IEEE Technical Committee on Data Engineering from 2015-2018. Professor Zhou is a Fellow of IEEE. |
Assoc. Prof. Mir Sajjad Hussain Talpur Institute of Information Technology, Sindh Agriculture University, TandoJam, Pakistan | Dr. Sajjad Hussain Talpur received Master’s degree in Information Technology from Shah Abdul Latif University (SALU) in 2003, PGD (Science and Technology Policy Development) from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET) in 2008, and Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Central South University (CSU) China in 2015. He is presently the Associate Professor/Researcher/Senior Software Engineer, and Doctoral Supervisor of Information Technology Centre at SAU, Sindh, Pakistan. His research interests include Internet of Things, smart agriculture, smart transportation, smart healthcare, smart city, smart robotics, RFID, green computing, mobile edge computing, transparent computing, human computer interaction (HCI), brain computer interaction (BCI), and software engineering. He has published more than 40 research papers in the international journals of the above areas. |

 Prof. Noreddine Gherabi Sultane Moulay Slimane University, Morocco | Noreddine Gherabi is a professor of computer science with industrial and academic experience. He holds a doctorate degree in computer science. In 2013, he worked as a professor of computer science at Mohamed Ben Abdellah University and since 2015 has worked as a research professor at Sultan Moulay Slimane University, Morocco. Member of the International Association of Engineers (IAENG). Professor Gherabi having several contributions in information systems namely: big data, semantic web, pattern recognition, intelligent systems .... Assoc. Prof. Dimitrios Karras National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece | Dimitrios A. Karras received his Diploma and M.Sc. Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), Greece in 1985 and the Ph. Degree in Electrical Engineering, from the NTUA, Greece in 1995, with honours. From 1990 and up to 2004 he collaborated as visiting professor and researcher with several universities and research institutes in Greece. Since 2004 he has been with the Sterea Hellas Institute of Technology, Automation Dept., Greece as associate professor in Digital Systems and Signal Processing, till 12/2018, as well as with the Hellenic Open University, Dept. Informatics as a visiting professor in Communication Systems (the latter since 2002 and up to 2010). Since 1/2019 is Associate Prof. in Digital Systems and Intelligent Systems, Signal Processing , in National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece, School of Science, Dept. General. He is, also, adjunct professor with GLA University. Mathura, India and BIHER, BHARATH univ. India as well as with EPOKA and CIT universities Tirana. Moreover, he is with AICO EDV-Beratung GmbH as senior researcher as well as Director of Research and Documentation at ADIafrica N. G. O. He has published more than 80 research refereed journal papers in various areas of pattern recognition, image/signal processing and neural networks as well as in bioinformatics and more than 185 research papers in International refereed scientific Conferences. His research interests span the fields of pattern recognition and neural networks, image and signal processing, image and signal systems, biomedical systems, communications, networking and security. He has served as program committee member in many international conferences, as well as program chair and general chair in several international workshops and conferences in the fields of signal, image, communication and automation systems. He is, also, former editor in chief (2008-2016) of the International Journal in Signal and Imaging Systems Engineering (IJSISE), academic editor in the TWSJ, ISRN Communications and the Applied Mathematics Hindawi journals as well as associate editor in various scientific journals. He has been cited in more than 2560 research papers, his H/G-indices are 20/52 (Google Scholar) and his Erdos number is 5. His RG score is 32.78 |
